Thank you for choosing SwamiAai Gruha Udyog. We take great care in preparing and packaging our homemade laddus to ensure they reach you fresh and in excellent condition. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully.

Returns

As our products are freshly prepared homemade food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Returns will only be considered if:

You receive the wrong product.
The product is damaged during transit.
The package is received in a tampered or opened condition.

To report any issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and share clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Refunds may be approved only in the following situations:

Incorrect product delivered.
Product damaged during delivery.
Order cancelled by SwamiAai Gruha Udyog due to unforeseen circumstances.
Product unavailable after successful payment.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are prepared or dispatched.

Once the order has been prepared or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 24 hours with:

Clear photos of the product
Photos of the outer packaging
A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns are not applicable for:

Change of mind after delivery.
Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
Delayed delivery caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Products not stored according to the recommended storage instructions.
